Course in Miracles
The Course gatherings that are provided offer you a way to enhance awareness of how we sabotage our communication with the Mind of God versus the ego or false self that keeps us in a space of limitation and fear of our destiny in living our higher purpose. With the assistance of the text and 365 lessons, we will meet twice a month for discussion and sharing of our experiences as we choose to entertain our mind with correction, through the use of the lessons if you so choose. Please remember that the course says that you will not resonate with everything in it and it is one modality available to you to assist in the journey of self. The course is non-judgmental and full of love and compassion as Jesus is the author through the channel, Helen Schucman, who was a self-described atheist and psychologist and worked as a Professor at Columbia University. The inner channeling, as she described it, came through her for 7 years.
My Journey in the Course

The course is very personal and if I may share my journey with it, I took two and a half years to complete the lessons. I would settle into the beautiful peace that would be available to me but when I lingered to longn as spirit would have it, another lesson was emerging and nudged me to move on. It was not easy, but provided the gift of personal growth and much more, so it is now I offer this shared space with you.
I cannot say that there is one favorite quote or paragraph from The Course but the following is one that depicts the essence of the message:
"Love does not limit, and what it creates is not limited. To give without limit is God’s Will for
you, because only this can bring you the joy that is His and that He wills to share with you. Your
love is as boundless as His because it is His.
And if a situation is calling for help, you think of it this way:
I am here only to be truly helpful.
I am here to represent Him Who sent me.
I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do, because He Who sent me will direct me.
I am content to be wherever He wishes, knowing he Goes there with me.
I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal."
